Welcome to Recruix.com, the futuristic, no-nonsense, AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to make hiring less chaotic and more awesome. By using our platform, you’re agreeing to the fine print. So grab your favorite beverage and read on.
By accessing or using Recruix (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree with any of this legal jazz, please don’t use our service. Seriously, we won’t be offended.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. No bots, no fake recruiter personas from 2007. Only real humans with real hiring intent.
You agree to use Recruix for lawful recruiting-related purposes only. You shall not:
Upload misleading or unlawful job postings.
Use the platform to stalk candidates (we see you).
Reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise break the platform (bad karma).
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If your intern goes rogue with your password, that’s on you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer various plans tailored to your hiring ambitions. All payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime—but refunds are not guaranteed unless you’re dealing with a serious glitch on our part.
We value privacy like candidates value interview feedback. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and handle your data.
All content, trademarks, logos, and code are the property of Recruix. You may not copy, resell, or create a bootleg ATS based on ours. But you’re welcome to tell your friends how cool we are.
You are responsible for how you handle and process candidate information through Recruix. Use it wisely. Respect privacy laws like GDPR and UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 (if you’re operating in the region).
Recruix may integrate with other tools like calendars, job boards, or AI assistants. We’re not responsible for the actions or data usage of these third-party services. Use them at your own discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the service, violate these terms, or just act shady. You may also terminate your account anytime from the dashboard or by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the service. If your coffee spills because you got too excited about a feature, that’s really not on us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you when we do, either via email or platform notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes. It’s like software updates, but with more words.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction – e.g., Dubai, UAE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the same.
